Reimagine Equity at Work is a virtual 2-day Workshop Series designed for workplace leaders to better understand and engage racial equity in the workplace. Reimagine Equity will show you how to analyze the systems at play in your workplace and begin the process of reimagining the culture of your organization, department, or team. Be Culture’s professional consultants will employ a mix of interactive presentations, large group exercises, small group discussions, expert counsel, and structured individual reflection to deepen the understanding of skills and strategies based on Adaptive Leadership (from the Harvard Center for Public Leadership) and Beloved Community (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision for community). Each participant then uses this foundation to take the next steps concerning the equity goals of their team, department, or organization.
